  • How is the pricing of the PlentyONE editions made up?

    Our price structure is simple and scalable. It is based on two components:

    - Base fee: The monthly base price of your contract is a fixed amount per month that depends on the selected plan (Lite, Lite+, Expand, Ultimate) and the level of included monthly revenue (GMV). The higher the included revenue (GMV), the higher the base fee. 

    The basic functions of the respective edition are included. You therefore receive a comprehensive feature set without hidden individual costs.

    - Overage fee: If the monthly inclusive revenue included in the plan is exceeded, additional costs (so-called overage fee) are incurred according to the defined scale. The overage fee is calculated as a percentage of the additional revenue. The revenue (GMV) is calculated on a monthly basis and is net, excluding VAT, shipping costs and before returns.

  • I would like to switch to PlentyONE from my current solution. What do I have to do?
